Job description
• Responsible for secretarial and administrative support to MD.
• Manage document workflow, organizing, filing and retrieving of documents
• Maintain GM’s agenda & assist in planning appointments, board meetings &
conference.
• Co-ordinate events, projects and meeting with internal & external parties.
• Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure.
• Organize travel arrangements for MD.

Desired Skills and Expertise
• Female, Myanmar National, Any Graduate
• Proven experience as executive secretary or similar administrative role
• Minimum 3 years of working experience supporting CEO / GM
• Good in written & spoken Burmese, English & Korean Language.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Prepare minutes or reports for submission
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and highly systematic in filing & follow up.
