အလုပ္ေဖာ္ၿပခ်က္
• Record Attendance of the Staffs and Workers
• Send out Attendance Reports to Management (Daily/Weekly)
• Help out Managers/Engineers and Supervisors on Leave Application Process
• Liaise with HR Department for the salary payment of Daily Workers and adjustments
• Maintain equipment/accessories/materials in store and prepare inventory record
• Submission of documents/drawings/material samples to Main Cons/Office/Factory
• Prepare Material Requests for Site and liaise with Procurement Team for purchase order
• Prepare Site Petty Cash report and liaise with Finance Department
• Assist documentations and paper work for Project Manager
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Site Manager/Project Manager

လိုခ်င္ေသာကၽြမ္းက်င္မွဳမ်ား
• Bachelor Degree/Diploma in any discipline
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Construction Sites
• Strong knowledge in Construction Materials is a plus
• Have excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
