Job description
** JOB DESCRIPTION **

 Serving visitors at the front desk by greeting, welcoming, directing and announcing them appropriately
 Receive, direct and relay telephone messages and fax messages, visitors. Polite and clear answering telephoning.
 Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material
 Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.
 Receiving, pick up and deliver the mail, Coordinate the courier service Assist in the planning and preparation of meetings, conferences and conference telephone calls
 Make preparations for training, meeting room and registration the meeting room
 Maintain an adequate inventory of office supplies such as paying landline bills, ordering stationeries etc.
 Provide word processing and secretarial support
 Answering the switchboard, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
 Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges).
 Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock. Keep updated records of office expenses and costs.
 Arrange travel and accommodations for all employee of HQ and Yangon Regional.


Desired Skills and Expertise
Requirement
• Degree in any field from a certified college.
• Experience in administrative or clerical activities.
• Knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures.
• Knowledge of consumer service practices and principles.
• Strong keyboard skills.
• Ability to manage information of employees.
• Organizing, planning, and customer service orientation
• Great attention to detail and stress tolerance.
• Should be honest, respectful, and trustworthy.
• Should be flexible and possess cultural awareness

Language skills English (Advanced)
