• Preparing Vacancy Announcement and sourcing
• Collecting application, arranging for interviewing together with HR Manager.
• Maintain and update candidates information and personal profile
• Call shortlisted candidates.
• Collect requirement documents in personal profile.
• Background checking for candidates who passed interview.
• Able to handle SSB process and employment contract process.
• Perform other responsibilities when required.
• Maintaining Attendance and Leave.

Desired Skills and Expertise
• A Bachelor`s Degree is required
• 2-3 years experienced in HR field.
• Possessing a HR diploma or certificate would be an advantage.
• Able to use Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Excellent interpersonal relationship and communication.
• Knowledge in Labour Law.
• Fluent in English( Speaking and Written).
• Good personality and negotiation
