Job description

• Identify potential credit weakness.
• Maintain Portfolio quality.
• Highlight all identified risks and make risk mitigation strategies recommendations including proposing of conditions and covenants.
• Submit loan approval to Credit Assessment Committee with recommendation on whether to approve a large amount of loans.
• Consult Field Officers and Credit Advisors for necessary advice on correctness of credit assessment
• Check Cash in hand and report to Credit Risk Manager, when visiting the branch
• Identify the loan requirements of the client in the area.
• Maintain a balance between the risk and business requirements while assessing the loan application
• Monitor daily collection checking and Delinquent Client Register and Follow up Action
• Track, report, follow up and help manage delinquencies in assigned regional area.
• Track, monitor, maintain and Report the Hana loan portfolio quality
• Manage PAR (portfolio at risk) for each branch.
• Analyze all information related to risk and draw conclusions and propose appropriate countermeasures.
• Assess the repayment capacity by conducting a credit appraisal.
• Report risk management to Credit Risk Managers. (Monthly, Quarterly)
• Maintain good communication system within the branch office staff and clients
• To improve Risk management Policy, provide suggestion
• Provide Risk management training if required.
• Supervise Credit Advisor and give guidance.
• Secure company and it’s all possessions from any loss
• Make sure the appointed task if necessary assign by supervisor

Desired Skills and Expertise

• Any Graduate
• 2 years experiences as Branch Manager or Risk Officer in Microfinance industry.
• Fair spoken and written English
• Ability to work under pressure
• Good collaboration ability
• Ability to travel , including overnight as required
