Job description
The primary role of the Senior Account Manager is to account manage a portfolio of clients; including business to business, third party and global clients. The position requires proactive customer care, the ability to build strong relationships and to professionally represent Workplace Options. The Account Manager will also be charged with conducting trainings and basic consulting services on human resource management. The role will involve travel throughout Myanmar and minimal throughout Asia. The position is a home based positon and candidates can be located anywhere in Myanmar.

The Senior Account Manager will be charged mainly with supporting Labor Solutions clients. Labor Solutions is a set of mobile phone-based worker voice and worker wellbeing tools designed for minimum wage workers in emerging markets. Labor Solutions’ anchor product, WOVO is a mobile-phone based human resources application, from which workers can access wellbeing training, connect directly and anonymously with their employers, receive their pay slips, participate in surveys and much more. WOVO is a relatively new tool with a promising future ahead, with several major global brands and over 1 million employees already using the service and hundreds of thousands more in the pipeline, stability and scalability across countries is vital to its success.

Responsibilities:
• Developing strong pro-active client relationships, understanding customer business requirements and exceeding customer expectations.
• Provide consulting on best practices in human resources.
• Provide training on using and optimizing WOVO.
• Close liaison between WPO’s internal team and clients.
• Working effectively with WPO account managers in Asia as part of our Regional Account management team.
• Development and implementation of account management plans, including portfolio analysis, client contact, and activity cycles.
• Undertaking planning and launch activity for new clients and supporting existing clients with on-going initiatives.
• Providing clients with utilization reporting, trend analysis and consultation to maximize the value of our services.
• Taking a lead role in responding to requests from clients for contract renewals.

Desired Skills and Expertise
• Bachelor’s Degree in management, business or related field required.
• Fluency in English and Burmese.
• Experience working in Account Management, Social Compliance, or Social Sustainability with factories is preferred.
• Able to develop personal excellence, think and act strategically, prepares plan to ensure success
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and professional presentation skills, (both written & verbal). Frequent online and in-person presentations are required as part of the role.
• Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize and organize tasks to meet multiple deadlines. Basic project management skills and the ability to deal with change. Strong attention to detail.
• Creative problem-solving with ability to think “outside the box” to assist the client.
• Proficient with computers, web technology applications and competent in working with Microsoft Office Suite products.

Language skills English (Advanced) and Myanmar (Advanced)
