Job description

• Manage office supplies stock and place orders.
• To purchase the materials concern with admin department supply to organization.
• Must be maintenance of Office Assess , Vehicle Control.
• Prepare regular reports on expenses and office budgets.
• Arrange the travel ticket booking and hotel booking for local and oversea trip.
• Do the other Admin Tasks to support the organization.
• Maintaining the documentation of the administrative process.
• Control the petty cash for Admin Department. Follow the instruction of Manager depend on situation.

Desired Skills and Expertise

• Any Graduate, Above 25
• Minimum experience of (4) years in Administration
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good Communication in both English and Myanmar language
• Strong Computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point )
