Job description
- To be able to combine technical knowledge with sales skills, the balance depends
on the level of technical knowledge and understanding how to sell the product
and to respond to clients' queries.

- Create new sales and marketing strategies that target B2B customers and
positions our products as the best solutions for prospective clients

- Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers

- Managing and interpreting customer requirements

- Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs

- Offering after-sales support service



KEY CHALLENGES

• Working with customers to provide excellent customer service skills
• Able to understand the impact and importance of technology to their customers
• Managing own time in a dynamic environment to ensure that daily activities and project work are completed to timelines, scope and an acceptable level of quality
• Continually improving existing processes and procedures to provide efficiencies

Desired Skills and Expertise
Essential Skills
• Able to contribute to the presales workload on a simple solution (less than 3 product)
• Ability to understand customer business requirement and propose suitable product/solution
• Should have excellent organization and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with presales work processes
• Good understanding of
o Enterprise Storage solution like NetApp, DellEMC etc.
o Virtualization solution like VMware, Citrix, Hyper-V etc.
o Enterprise Storage solution like NetApp, DellEMC etc.
o Connectivity of IT infrastructure and Network topology (WAN / LAN)
• Ability to present a simple technical concept
• Good communication skill
• Strong technical skills
• Organizational skills
• Analytical skills
• Team working skills
• Commercial awareness

BONUS SKILLS
• Excellent client service skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Track record of goal achievement and leadership ability
• Experience Peer / Customer / Vendor engagement
• Experience at least 1 end-to-end pre-sales engagement via shadowing session(s)
• Fulfilled at least 1 end-to-end presales opportunity
• Past presales experience on a similar job or Hands-on with the above products


Language skills English (Intermediate)
