Job description
• Lead a shift team to support development and execution of Operational Excellence in Manufacturing
• Ensure labour resources are used efficiently to achieve production targets and meet customer needs whilst working safely
• Help to build a culture of excellence in Safety, Quality, Operations, Timeline and Teamwork
• Be a part of the shift Management Team that will lead the shift
• To manage the shift and all direct staff
• To ensure the smooth running of the production process.

Desired Skills and Expertise
• Degree in Engineering and related field.
• Prefer 3 years of experience in manufacturing. Knowledge of the manufacturing processes, procedures, and machinery
• Supervision or leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of computer skill.
• Strong coaching Skills ensuring skills transfer is maximized.
• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Strong ability to communicate with a workforce in both English and Myanmar language.
• Proactive, well organized and continuously striving for an exciting efficient approach.
• Strong ability to work in a team environment in high pressure situation.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule that includes shift work, weekends and holidays.
• An understanding of health and safety requirements.
