• Support and monitor technical staff team to collect, update Mytel station database and competitors. • Survey and propose solutions for death point coverage • Assist and supervise technical staff of the network quality testing team periodically. • Directly check the quality of the network on demand unexpectedly. • Recessed area management (update, track progress of handing death point). • Monitor and instruct technical staff to handle errors that cause network degradation • Directly handle difficult errors.  . .
