• FDA,GMP & HACCP,ISO အကြောင်းနားလည်သိရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည် • စားသောက်ကုန် ထုတ်လုပ်ရေးလုပ်ငန်း အတွေ့ကြုံရှိသူဖြစ်ရမည်  . . ၂၀၀၃ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ရွမ္းေရႊေတာင္ ရွဴးရွဲလက္ဖက္အား ျမန္မာ့လက္ဖက္ ေစ်းကြက္အတြင္း က်န္းမာေရးႏွင့္ သင့္ေတာ္ညီညြတ္ေစေသာ ထုတ္လုပ္မွဳပံုစံျဖင့္ စားသံုးသူမ်ားထံ ပထမဦးဆံုး ေအာင္ျမင္စြာ FDA စစ္ေဆးေထာက္ခံခ်က္မ်ားျဖင့္ ထုတ္လုပ္ျဖန္႔ခ်ီေရာင္းခ်ခဲ့သည္။ ထိုမွတဆင့္ ဇယန္းလက္ဖက္ ၊ ဂ်င္းေမႊး ၊ ႏွစ္ျပန္ေၾကာ္ ၊ ေရႊဥေၾကာ္ စသည္တို႔ကို ထပ္မံ ထုတ္လုပ္ျဖန္႔ခ်ီေရာင္းခ်ီေရာင္းခ်ခဲ့ပါသည္ ။ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံအတြင္းရွိ လက္ဖက္စားသံုးသည့္ အေရာင္းေစ်းကြက္တြင္ အေရာင္း ေစ်းကြက္ရွယ္ယာ ၇၅% ျဖင့္ ယေန႔အခ်ိန္အထိ က်န္းမာေရးႏွင့္ညီညြတ္မွဳရွိေစေသာ ေခတ္မီနည္းစနစ္မ်ား ၊ ေခတ္မီစက္ကိရိယာ ထုတ္လုပ္မွဳ ပံုစံမ်ားျဖင့္ ေအာင္ျမင္စြာ ထုတ္လုပ္ျဖန္႔ျဖဴးေရာင္းခ်လ်ွက္ရွိပါသည္ ။ ထို႔ေနာက္ ၂၀၁၈ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ကုမၸဏီလီမိတက္ပံုစံျဖင့္ ေစ်းကြက္လိုအပ္ခ်က္အား ပိုမိုထိေရာက္စြာ ေရာင္းခ်လုပ္ကိုင္လ်ွက္ ရွိပါသည္ ။ အဆိုပါ ၂၀၁၈ ခုႏွစ္ ေဖေဖာ္၀ါရီလတြင္ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ၏ လက္ဖက္ေလာကတြင္ ပထမဦးဆံုး ႏိုင္ငံတကာအဆင့္မီ ဥေရာပ (EU)အသိမွတ္ျပဳ လက္မွတ္ရ ‘‘ ပလိုင္း ေအာ္ဂဲနစ္ ႏွမ္းလက္ဖက္ အနွစ္ ႏွင့္ ႏွမ္းလက္ဖက္ အညြန္႕” တို႔ကို Premium Qualityအျဖစ္ ျပည္တြင္း၌သာမက ျပည္ပႏိုင္ငံမ်ား၏ ေစ်းကြက္အတြင္းသို႔ ထပ္မံ ထုတ္လုပ္ ေရာင္းခ်ႏိုင္ခဲ့ပါသည္ ။ လက္ရွိ စက္ရံုတြင္ ေန႔စား ၀န္ထမ္း - ၄၀၀ ဦးေရ ၊ လခစာ ၀န္ထမ္း - ၁၀၀ ဦးေရ ခန္႔ကို ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံ အလုပ္သမားဥပေဒမ်ားႏွင့္အညီ အလုပ္ကိုင္အခြင့္လမ္းမ်ား ေပးအပ္ခန္႔ထားႏိုင္ကာ ၊ စားသံုးသူမ်ားအတြက္ က်န္းမာေရးႏွင့္ ညီညြတ္ကာ သန္႔ရွင္းသပ္ရပ္ေသာ ၊ ေခတ္မီနည္းပညာမ်ားျဖင့္ ေစ်းကြက္လိုအပ္ခ်က္ကို ျဖည့္တင္းေရာင္းခ်ေပးႏိုင္ရန္ ႀကိဳးစားထုတ္လုပ္ ေရာင္းခ်လွ်က္ရွိသည္ ။ အဓိကအားျဖင့္ ရွမ္းေရႊေတာင္လက္ဖက္ႏွင့္ ပလိုင္း(ေအာ္ဂဲနစ္)လက္ဖက္ ဟူ၍ (၂)မ်ိဳး ခြဲျခားထုတ္လုပ္ေရာင္းခ်လွ်က္ ရွိသည္ ။ ရွမ္းေရႊေတာင္လက္ဖက္ ထုတ္ကုန္မ်ားမွာ ၁။ ရွမ္းေရႊေတာင္-ရွဴးရွဲလက္ဖက္ ၂။ ရွမ္းေရႊေတာင္ - ဇယန္းအညြန္႔ႏွပ္ ၃။ ရွမ္းေရႊေတာင္-ဂ်င္းေမႊး ၄။ ရွမ္းေရႊေတာင္ - ႏွစ္ျပန္ေၾကာ္ ၅။ ရွမ္းေရႊေတာင္-ေရႊဥေၾကာ္ ျမန္မာ့ႏိုင္ငံတြင္ ပထမဦးဆံုး EU အသိမွတ္ျပဳ Certificate လက္မွတ္ရ ေအာ္ဂဲနစ္စစ္စစ္ - ပလိုင္းလက္ဖက္ Premium Standard ပလိုင္း ေအာ္ဂဲနစ္ လက္ဖက္ ထုတ္ ကုန္ပစၥည္းမ်ား - ၁။ ပလိုင္း-ႏွမ္းလက္ဖက္အႏွစ္(ေအာ္ဂဲနစ္) ၂။ ပလိုင္း-ႏွမ္းလက္ဖက္အညြန္႔(ေအာ္ဂဲနစ္) ၃။ ပလိုင္း - ပဲအေစ့အစံုေၾကာ္ . |
