Job description:
We are seeking (1) candidate for the position of Customer Service Executive.

- Co-ordinate day to day operations and customer service activities for local customers and overseas agents.
- Provide NVOCC-related support to internal and external customers..
- Seek continuous improvement in daily operation for customers.
- Play active role in understanding/ implementing handling process to all customers.
- Prepare booking & arrange for shipment process for the shipments/customers assigned.
- Prepare the House bill of lading in timely manner
- Ensure accuracy and timely manner for data transmission to customers/ network offices
- Understand the implication of logistics document and handle all necessary documents properly
- Continuously improve the existing operating process
- Work closely with teams to achieve the company's objectives especially service integrity
Job Requirement
We prefer Candidates to have the following qualifications:-
• Graduated University (Foreign Trade is preferred ).
• 3 - 4 years of working experiences in Forwarders and specialize in Customs and Trucking.
• Good command of Computer.
• Willing to learn.
• Positive thinking.
• Teamwork.
• Problem solving skill.
• Have Customer Service and Communications skills
• Nice to have degree in Logistics Management
