Job description
Main Purpose of Job
• The position has responsibility to render Office services within Nestle Myanmar Head Office by assisting line Manager. This includes the responsibility of managing expenses related the general services such as office maintenance, utilities, office machines or tools maintenance/repair, and other administration expenses related to company car fleets and travel services.
Key Outputs:
• Keep track of kilometer run for all company rented fleet and coordinate with Car Leasing firm for periodic maintenance. When there is car accident involving company rented car, coordinates with Car leasing firm and insurance to facilitate repair maintenance
• Responsible for office supplies, repair of office equipment and work stations arrangement for staffs in Head Office
• Accommodation and visa arrangement for office staff and visitors
• Work with Line Manager to promote workplace safety and Basic Behavior Safety Health & Environment mindset, including collecting and submitting monthly safety statistics to Indochina Market


Desired Skills and Expertise
• Bachelor Degree Holder
• At least 2 years of working experience in Office Administration/Secretariat
• Good at English Proficiency
