Job description
I. JOB SUMMARY
The Procurement Associate (Liaison Officer) supports the operations by sourcing, evaluating and negotiating raw materials, packaging materials and engineering works. He/she shall be responsible with the end to end process, ensuring timely delivery of materials. This position liaises with external legislative partners in ensuring products and materials needed are delivered on time.

II. DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES

• Getting goods and services for the best price and value
• Works with suppliers to ensure that key processes are running efficiently and cost-effectively Building strong working relationships both internally and with key suppliers
• Contract management and negotiation
• Liaises with external legislative partners in ensuring products and materials needed are delivered on time

Desired Skills and Expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related course
• Background in procurement, buyer or purchasing is an advantage
• Experience handling documentation and liaison with external legislative partners
