Job description
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
Administration
• Delivers incoming mails to departments and ensure outgoing mails are delivered.
• Liaises with suppliers and orders Business Cards for colleagues.
• Liaises with Building Manager for offices administration
• Liaises with suppliers for creating bank cards for colleagues
• Handles Social Security Contribution and its related tasks
• Assist Human Resources Manager and others as required.

Desired Skills and Expertise
• Education. Degree Holder. Degree in Hospitality Field is preferred.
• Experience. Prior experienced in a receptionist is preferred but other interested candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Computer Skills. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite applications
• Communication skills. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English is MUST
• Customer-service skills. Efficient and effective communications skills are required to answer questions and queries in a helpful and professional manner.
• Interpersonal skills. Create a positive environment for visitors and colleagues is an essential part of the job.
• Listening skills. Must listen carefully and understand a visitor’s request in order to help them.
• Mindset. Must be results-orientated and able to work both independently and within a team environment.
