Job description
Job Purpose and Requirement: The purpose of the Sales & Marketing Assistant position is to support to Sales & Marketing Manager to develop and implement strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for products and services.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Function
• Planning and arranging effective sales meeting for Sales and Marketing Manager
• Listening to clients requirements and presenting appropriately to make a sale
• Manages the receipt, handling, and escalation of all sales enquiries;
• Receives and coordinate all sales enquiries in line with the company’s sales process
• Monitors the status of all live enquiries to ensure all enquirer actions are completed in a timely professional manner and reported to the Sales and Marketing Manager
• Ensures that all quotes and associated files are linked to an enquiry;
• Follows up sales activities with clients & potential clients
• Chases and analyses the reasons for failure to turn an enquiry into a new order
• Gathering market and clients information
Marketing Function
• Implements a Marketing, PR and Market Research strategy:
• Managing the effective production of marketing materials, including leaflets, banners, flyers, brochures, postcards, etc.
• Updating and managing the inventory of marketing materials
• Liaising with graphic designers and printers when required
• Organizing photo shoots & video shoots for company when required
• Maintaining and updating the databases of clients, potential clients, suppliers and potential business partners on a timely basis.
• Organizing and attending events such as conferences, seminars, receptions and exhibitions
• Conducting market research, for example using customers/clients questionnaires and focus groups
• Monitoring competitors activities
• Supporting the Sales & Marketing Manager
• Maintains and manages the development of the company’s various websites
• Manages and develops appropriate forms of social media including (but not limited to) Twitter, Linked In, Facebook, according to the instructions of Sales and Marketing Manager
• Organizes and implements all other marketing, PR and market research activities as briefed.
• Other Responsibilities
• Answers telephone calls.
• Translates as requested.
• Carries out any other duties as may be required by the company from time to time.
• Participates in the continual improvement of the company’s Quality and Environmental systems.
• Maintains a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional materials, and events.
• Monitors competitor products, sales and marketing activities.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with industry influencers and key strategic partners for company.

Desired Skills and Expertise
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor Degree related to Business Studies, Marketing and Communication
• Solid work experience in similar sales & marketing functions (2+ years).
• Problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trend information.
• Language: English (fluent); other languages an asset.
• Computer Skills: High Level (office suite, photoshop, illustrator), including internet (emails, social networks).
• Interpersonal skills: dynamic, curious, enthusiast
• Presentation & Communication Skills: Outstanding
• Knowledge of real estate and property market in Yangon will be an advantage.
• Salary and benefits will be negotiable based on relevant experiences and education backgrounds.
