Job description
• Efficiency organize and supervise all of the administrative responsibilities that facilitate the smooth running of the office.
• Ensure day-to-day operations of the office are handled efficiently.
• Answering and recording down incoming calls.
• Handle financial planning, billing, and record keeping for the office.
• Ordering and maintaining essential office equipment.
• Handle logistical management of the office related activities, such as leave and transportation management.
• Organizing documents, paperwork, and computer-based information.
• Assist with sales quotation preparations.
• Deal with customers inquires, feedback, and follow-up.
• Maintain customer contact information.
• Assist in getting pricing and comparative information.


Desired Skills and Expertise
• Has simple IT knowledge (knows how to use e-mail and Microsoft Office such as Word, Excel).
• Good command of Myanmar language, both written and spoken.
• Good command of English will be an added advantage.
• Methodical, with attention to detail, and can prioritize tasks well.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Possess a polite and friendly manner.
