Cycle & Carriage Automobile Myanmar, a member of the Jardine Cycle & Carriage Group, was established to carry on the business of vehicle maintenance and repair services. Jardine Cycle & Carriage has secured the distribution rights to Mercedes-Benz passenger cars and commercial vehicles, Fuso commercial vehicles, EvoBus buses and Mazda passenger cars for Myanmar.

JC&C has an interest of just over 50% in Astra International, a major listed Indonesian conglomerate.
