Job description
• Familiar with the laws and regulations related to the management of human resources, familiar with labour laws and regulations applying in the enterprise, with strong experience in handling labor disputes independent, good document writing skills, familiar with the rules and regulations of the company's human resources management.
• Able to stable personality, affinity good, with strong logical thinking ability, judgment, execution with service-oriented philosophy and communication expression, a strong organization and coordination capacity;
• A good professional image, with strong resilience, learning ability and compression capability.
• Job interviewing skills, Analytical skills, Managerial and Leadership skill.
• Arranges air ticket and hotel booking for senior management and foreign expatriate and others
• Others administrative duties as assigned by the Manager

Desired Skills and Expertise
• At least 3 years experience in HR/ Admin Field
• Any Graduated
• HR Diploma (or) Certificate is preferred
• Preferred knowledge of Human Resources
• Fluent spoken and written English
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet, E-mail)
• Strong interpersonal skill and excellent relation skill
