Job description
Job Overview:
HR & Admin Coordinator will perform administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient operations of the department.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintains accurate and up to date human resource files, records and documentation.
• Answer frequently asked questions from applicants and employee relative to policies, benefits, and etc.
• Provides clerical and administrative support in the department.
• Conduct/ assists in employee orientation, learning & development program.
• Conduct daily attendance and report, taking a leave request, interview arrangement and assist in new employee onboarding processes.
• Handing SSB contribution issued and employment contract endorsement issued in government agencies.
• Submitting documents to government agencies (if required).
• Monitor and conducting Vehicles case (License, sticker, repairing, purchasing, mileage record and vehicles maintenance record)
• Conducting and monitoring the insurance case (eg. Group life insurance, car insurance, third party liabilities insurance, etc.)
• Handling Chemical and Equipment, Stock inventory, checking the stock list.
• Updating the chemical usage for all team/Monthly Reports.
• Need and tidy the store room.
• Ordering the chemical stock, office uniform, PPE and equipments.
• Updating/Arrange the Equipment’s Issue, Stock Up, Repairing.
• Handling the PPE (Stock Up/Issue/Return from Technicians)
• To help to do the inspection the Vehicle and Equipment (sometime when necessary).
• To help to arrange the insurance case/Stamp Duty (sometime when necessary).
• Checking the Company Dormitory and Finding the dormitory for Soil (sometime when necessary).
• To help for Investigation the training schools for employees learning & development programs.
• To check and refilling the office stationery and arrange to buy the necessary things for office.
• Conducting the Staff travelling arrangement and transportation when necessary.
• Arrange the office equipment, issuing office supply and checking employee clearance (If joining the new staff and resignation employees).
• To help to do the medical check up for all technicians (sometime when necessary).
• Preparing and submitting all relevant HR Letters/Documents/Certificates/attendance as per the requirement in consultation with the Management.
• Service Report Order.
• Record the Fuel List and Vouchers and petty cash.
• Prepare and report to management for monthly administrative report in timely manner.
• To help for arranging the Company Event/Dinner/Staff Party (sometime when necessary)
• Any other general admin staff deemed necessary.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Desired Skills and Expertise
• Any bachelor degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and certificate in Human Resource Management.
• Knowledge of HR best practices and labor law.
• Applicable knowledge in office management and office letter writing.
• At least 2 years of working experience in HR or admin functions.
• Having experience in HR software, will be an advantageous.
Skills
• Attention to details and organizational skills, personal integrity to handle confidential information.
• Communication skills to work with individuals at all levels within the organization.
• Computer literate t in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar in Office 365 or G-Suite.

Language skills English (Intermediate)
