• Reading, monitoring and responding to MD's email
• Preparing correspondence of MD's behalf
• Diary management
• Planning and organizing meetings
• Organizing travel and preparing complex travel itineraries
• Taking action points and writing meeting minutes
• Preparing documents for meetings
• Typing documents
