အလုပ္ေဖာ္ၿပခ်က္

• Supports to HR Manager by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; counseling managers on candidate selection, orientation program, conducting and analyzing exit
interviews; and recommending changes.
• Organize the company functions as per management guidelines and support to HRD Manager as needed.
• Conduct Salary and Benefits surveys, in recommending changes in the structure and rules of the compensation program, coordination and monitoring of the overall program (Wages and Salary Administration).
• Prepare the country-wise monthly reports. (Manpower report, Salary and HRD Expenses report, Turnover Rate report and ISO report)
• Assist to HR Manager in planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.
• Maintains the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
• Prepares employees for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation and training & development programs.
• Counseling and disciplining employees, planning, monitoring, and appraising job results.

လိုခ်င္ေသာကၽြမ္းက်င္မွဳမ်ား

• Any Graduate, preferably with a certified professional diploma or M.B.A.
• At least 4 to 5 years of working experience in doing HR Functions (especially in recruitment) in a reputed company.
• Under 35 years old
• Good personality & good looking
• Good cooperation and communication skill
• Good communication skills and negotiation skills. English language proficiency is do required.
• Ability to prioritize activities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong problem diagnosis and resolving skills, developing options and implementing solutions
• Microsoft Office (word, power point, excel), internet and email
• Very good team players
