Job description
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
• Develop and monitor overall systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
• Developing, revising, and recommending personnel policies and procedures
• Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
• Creating and revising job descriptions and specifications
• Manage the recruitment and selection process
• Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
• Implementing and revising a company’s compensation and benefits program
• Conducting annual salary surveys
• Developing, analyzing, and updating the company’s salary budget
• Developing, analyzing and updating the company’s evaluation program as well as conducting performance appraisal systems
• Performing benefits administration
• Maintaining affirmative action programs
• Conducting new employee orientations and employee relations counseling
• Overseeing exit interviews
• Maintaining department records and reports
• Developing precise and clear Weekly and Monthly periodic HR Reports
• Advancing Strategic Standard Operating Procedures of SBUs in align with company’s goals and objectives
• Participating in administrative staff meetings and developing CSR Programs
• Maintaining, creating and developing company directory and other organizational charts
• Recommending new policies, approaches, and procedures
• Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
• Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
• Resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation.
• Carrying out necessary administrative duties.
• Maintaining excellent Industrial Relations
• Maintaining and reporting on workplace health and safety compliance.
• Handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures.
• Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management

Desired Skills and Expertise
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management or master degree in Public Administration or Business Administration
• Proven working experience as HR Manager at least (3) years, leading a team of (5) HR, as well as managing over 300 employees
• Excellent English Communication Skills
• People oriented and results driven
• Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics
• In-depth knowledge of HR systems and databases
• In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Competence to build and effectively manage positive interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• Experience in educating and coaching staff.
• Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes and workplace investigations.
• Experience in following and maintaining workplace privacy.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills
• Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.
• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Language skills English (Pre-intermediate)
