• Manage direct sales team (insurance advisors) in the direct sales channel. • Coach, train and motivate the team on general insurance product knowledge and soft skills • Responsible for setting targets, monitoring sales performance, and achieving daily, monthly and yearly targets. • Monitoring of insurance advisor's day-to-day activities and appointments. • Review of insurance advisor sales performance on a daily, weekly, monthly, and yearly basis. • Interview, selection, onboarding, and training of new insurance advisors ...
