• The General Manager, Marketing and Communications purpose is to lead the overall brand, marketing campaigns and corporate communications to achieve overall goals.
• Must be proficient in the Marketing operation process.
• To develop and implement strategic marketing and sale strategies plans and forecasts to achieve real objectives for products and services.
• To develop and manage marketing operating budgets.
• To manage daily growth and development of assigned campaigns.
• To plan and oversee advertising and promotion activities.
• To manage overall sales and marketing activities that include market research, sales presentations, analysis of sales and marketing trend, advertising and marketing promotional events.
• To promote the company existing brands and introducing the products to the market.
• To prepare annual budget plans, schedule expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their targets.
• To research and develop marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company marketing goals.
• To analyze budgets and writing up reports.

လိုခ်င္ေသာကၽြမ္းက်င္မွဳမ်ား

• Any graduate, diploma in marketing management (or) MBA is more preferable.
• 10-15 years of relevant work experiences in related field (Marketing, Customer acquisition, E-commerce and Digital marketing).
• Excellent communication & interpersonal skill.
• Possessing skills in Leadership, team building, communication, decision making, problem solving, presentation and organizing.
• Travel will be necessary in line with operational requirements.
