Job description
PURPOSE/ MISSION
• Prepare the Company’s public relations (PR) and media relations, lead the related activities
• Prepare the Company’s Corporate Social Responsibilities (CSR) framework and lead the related activities
• Arrange meeting with JMM staff and the Government Officials/ Policy makers/ Authorities

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Lead public relations and publicity programs, including preparation of press releases, handling of media relations and scheduling of senior management interviews
• Develop and maintains strategic relationships with key media contacts, and arranges interviews with appropriate parties to increase public awareness and reputation of the Company and
the Products
• Prepare the proposal and implementation of CSR activities, projects and related deliverables
• Working together with partners, INGO, community in executing CSR activities
• Develops and maintains relationships within the external CSR community so as to keep abreast of and develop best practice recommendations and initiatives
• Work closely with the marketing team to handle distribution of contents via digital and press media, fine-tune to ensure maximum effectiveness
• Maintain key contacts of the relevant Government officers, offices, policy makers and authorities, and arrangement with the JMM staff when requested
• Create actionable insights for internal and external intelligence about the policy, market, political, investment news
• Any other duties which may be deemed relevant by Chief Operating Officer

Desired Skills and Expertise
• Must possess at least Related Degree/ Diploma/ Certificate
• Strong communicator – confident and able to persuade, convince and influence others; able to work well with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strategic mind-set – able to think ahead and solve problems.
• Creative thinker - able to develop new ideas
• Experience in PR/ CSR/ Government Relations is an advantage
• Able to write press releases, presentations
• Good communicator in Myanmar and English languages
• Display skills in organizing, planning and time management
