အလုပ္ေဖာ္ၿပခ်က္
- Book transportation for local and overseas needs: including airline tickets, taxis, accommodation etc.

- Arrange visa & passport extensions and applications for Group staff and out of town guests

- Assist in organizing company events, conferences and meetings, plan monthly ahlu and Friday tea time snacks for staff

- Supervise and monitor the work of maintenance & cleaning staff, liaise with facility management vendors, arrange transportation, delivery, security and other as needed services

- Organize office and decor, arrange necessary repairs and ensure HQ is looking its best

- Assist in organizing and maintaining office operations and SOPs according to Group Handbook

- Welcome and support visitors both local and expatriate, assist Sales Manager with sales support and shift coverage

- Manage office budget, ensure accurate and timely reports/updates of stationery, equipment and other office needs

- Communicate/remind/schedule meetings and appointments for MD and Head of Departments, create and maintain Group & MD calendar at all times

- Take notes during HOD meetings, and other meetings as needed, and disperse to Group members concerned

- Work closely with accounts to update and follow up on payments needed

- Facilitate office errands and help with all coordination needs between departments, clients, and other parties concerned, help source and deliver thank you gifts, reply to RSVPS

- Respond to queries, answer office phone and messages regarding Group matters

- Ad hoc duties as needed

လိုခ်င္ေသာကၽြမ္းက်င္မွဳမ်ား
- Fluent communication skill in English

- Strong Knowledge in Internet, Email, Google Suit, Microsoft Office

- Must be proficient in scheduling and administration works (Google Calendar)

- Five years of experience in office administration

- Excellent computer skills, including a high degree of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

- Willing to handle the different cultures and stressful situtation
