Overview

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Project Manager to join our team. The Project Manager will be responsible for managing the delivery of multiple projects on time, within scope, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills, and will be able to manage cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.


Responsibilities:

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
You will be responsible for meeting, consulting, leading and growing prospect and key client accounts with the assistance of your team members.
You will need to work closely with the director to ensure impeccable client service is delivered and our clients remain happy.
Being a manager within the team it is expected that you lead, manage and set an example for junior staff members whilst demonstrating and enforcing the Digital Dots values.
You will be responsible to build strong client relationships with senior clients from different industries.
Day to day, you will speak with clients regularly over the phone and have regular catch ups to ensure your clients are happy and you are constantly uncovering business opportunities.
Conduct sales presentations
Work closely with the project delivery team to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Ability to manage multiple existing accounts – ensuring client service levels are always exceeded.

Skills Required:

Experience or knowledge in Web/Mobile Development, digital marketing and design principles - this will be highly regarded.
Strong verbal and written communications skills and ability to lead effectively across organizations (With strong communication in English is preferred)
Demonstrated ability to think strategically about business, product, and technical challenges
Presentation skills
Able to speak in English (intermediate level)
Minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, preferably in a digital agency or software development environment.
Experience with project management software similar to Jira, Asana, or Trello.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
PMP or Agile certifications are a plus.
