Mo Asia Co. Ltd is a distributor for Dumex Milk Powder in Myanmar. Dumex is an infants' and children's nutrition company. Its products span the infant, follow on and growing-up milk categories, and are sold mainly in South-East Asia and China. Dumex has been a household brand in South-East Asia since the 1940s. It entered the China market in the late 1990s. Today, Dumex and its related brands are represented in most of the ASEAN region. Key markets are China, Thailand and Malaysia. Other countries include Brunei, Indo-China, Singapore and Myanmar.

အလုပ္ေဖာ္ၿပခ်က္

• Maintains a strong relationship with customers to achieve company objectives and exploration of new business opportunities
• Increases the market share of current products and market penetration of new products by improving availability and visibility in the trade
• Develops and ensures execution of customer promotional plans
• Manage sales persons to hit monthly sales target and to align sales and stock between monthly dynamic forecast and budget
• Appoints and manages regional sub-distributors for long term jointly profitable relationships
• Guides the Sales Team with the monitoring and management of sales invoices, accounts receivable and sales transactions

လိုခ်င္ေသာကၽြမ္းက်င္မွဳမ်ား

• Degree holder and other related Sales and marketing diplomas is an advantage.
• Minimum of 5 years relevant sales experience of FMCG
• Ability to plan, multi-task and manage time effectively
• Excellent team-building, organization and leadership skills
• Ability to command both spoken and written in Myanmar and English.
• Good sales capabilities, able to develop compelling presentations
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office
• Age below 45 years old
