Basic tips about body language during interview.

Most common nonverbal signals:

• Facial expression and how you move your head
• What you do with your hands and arms
• What you do with the rest of your body

It is very important to appear believable, the most accurate signals gives out things as natural going pale, swallowing, sweating etc which are automatic. The least believable are facial expressions, which are very easy to fake, and, of course, what you say.

If you would like to come across as being open, honest and attentive, here are some tips:

• Look at the interviewer and naturally smile
• Keep your hands away from your face
• Nod your head to show that you’re paying attention
• Lean forward slightly to show interest
• Lean forward when speaking, back when listening  

At the same time:

• Don't make sudden movements
• Don't cross your arms
