CV ျဖည့္ရာမွာ အလြယ္နည္းမသံုးပဲ ကိုယ့္ CV ကိုေသေသသပ္သပ္နဲ ျ႔ဖစ္ေနေစဖို႔အတြက္ ထည့္သြင္းမဲ့ ဓာတ္ပံုနဲ႔ပတ္သတ္ျပီး တင္ျပေပးပါမယ္။

ေရရွည္ျငင္းခံုမႈမ်ား
လူ႔စြမ္းအားအရင္းအျမစ္ (HR) မွ ကၽြမ္းက်င္ပညာရွင္မ်ားဟာ CVမွာ ပါဝင္တဲ့ဓာတ္ပံုနဲ႔ပတ္သတ္ျပီး အျငင္းအခံုေတြရွိေနတတ္ၾကပါတယ္။ ကၽြန္ေတာ့အျမင္မွာေတာ့ သင္ေလွ်ာက္ထားလိုတဲ့ ရာထူးအေနအထားေပၚလိုက္ျပီး ဓာတ္ပံုဟာ ေသသပ္မႈရွိေနရပါမယ္။ တက္သစ္စလူငယ္ေလးမ်ားနဲ႔ ဘြဲ႕ရကာစမ်ားေတြဟာ မွားယြင္းတဲ့ဓါတ္ပံု၊ အေနအထားနဲ႔အက်ီေတြကို ေရြးခ်ယ္အသံုးျပဳတတ္ၾကပါတယ္။ ဒီလိုေလွ်ာက္ထားရာမွာ ဓာတ္ပံုမ်ားေၾကာင့္ ေလွ်ာက္ထားသူေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားဟာ ျငင္းပယ္ခံလိုက္ရတာေတြ အပယ္ခံလိုက္ရတာေတြရွိတတ္ၾကပါတယ္။

ဓာတ္ပံုေတြဟာ ကိုယ့္မ်က္ႏွာအေနအထားကို ထင္ထင္ရွားရွား ေတြ႔ရွိေနရဖို႔လိုအပ္ျပီး သင့္တင့္သပ္ရပ္တဲ့အဝတ္အစား ဝတ္ဆင္ထားသင့္ပါတယ္။ အျဖစ္အမ်ားဆံုး ကိစၥရပ္ကေတာ့ Facebook ေပၚမွာတင္ထားတဲ့ ဓာတ္ပံုေတြကို ျဖတ္၊ညွပ္၊ကပ္ လုပ္ထားတာေတြပါပဲ။ အခုလက္ရွိ မဟာဘြဲ႕ရထားေသာ္လည္း အထက္တန္းတုန္းက ဓာတ္ပံုေတြကို သံုးေနအံုးမယ္ဆိုရင္လည္း အဆင္မေျပပါဘူး။ အခ်ိဳ႕မိန္းကေလးေတြဟာ CV အတြက္ဓာတ္ပံုရိုက္ရမွာ မွားယြင္းတဲ့အဝတ္အစား ေတြနဲ႔ဓာတ္ပံုရိုက္ေလ့ရွိၾကပါတယ္။

ေရြးခ်ယ္ရမည့္ Size
ပံုမွန္ Passport ဓာတ္ပံုSize ျဖစ္တဲ့ 3x4cm ဟာအသင့္ေတာ္ဆံုးျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ Selfie ရိုက္ျပီးေပးပို႔ျခင္းဟာလည္း အဆင္မေျပပါဘူး။ အခုေရပန္းစားေနတဲ့ Selfie ရိုက္ျခင္းေတြဟာ CV ေပးပို႔ျခင္းမွာထည့္ဖို႔အတြက္ မသင့္ေတာ္ပါဘူး။ ေလးစားမႈမရွိရာလဲ ေရာက္ပါတယ္။ CV အတြက္ဓာတ္ပံုရိုက္ရာမွာ မ်ားေသာအားျဖင့္ေနာက္ခံအေရာင္ကို အျဖဴ သံုးျပီး တီရွပ္ဒါမွမဟုတ္ Blouse အက်ီကိုဝတ္ဆင္ျပီး ရိုက္ကူးသင့္ပါတယ္။

ကိုယ္ေရးရာဇဝင္ အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားရဲ႕ ညာဘက္ ဒါမွမဟုတ္ ဘယ္ဘက္အေပၚနားဟာ ဓာတ္ပံုထားဖို႔အေကာင္းဆံုး ေနရာပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အခ်ိဳ႕ေတြဟာ ဓာတ္ပံုကိုအေနာက္ဆံုးမွာ ထားတတ္ၾကပါတယ္။ ဒါအျပင္ ဓာတ္ပံု File သပ္သပ္အေနနဲ႔လည္း ေပးတတ္ၾကပါတယ္။ CV ရဲ႕ ေနာက္ခံ Background အေနနဲ႔လည္း ဓာတ္ပံုကိုမသံုးၾကဖို႔ အၾကံေပးခ်င္ပါတယ္။
