ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ားအတြက္ လိုအပ္ေသာ စြမ္းရည္ ၁၀မ်ိဳး

၁။ Communication ( Written and Verbal)
က်မတုိ႔ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္မွာ တစ္ေယာက္နဲ႔တစ္ေယာက္ ဆက္သြယ္တဲ့အခါ Professional က်က် ေျပာဖုိ႔လည္းမလိုသလုိ စာအုပ္တစ္အုပ္လုိေရးျပီး ဆက္သြယ္စရာလည္း မလိုပါဘူး။ ဒါေပမယ့္ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္မွာ အဆင္ေျပေျပလုပ္ကုိင္ႏုိင္ဖုိ႔ တစ္ေယာက္နဲ႔တစ္ေယာက္ ရွင္းရွင္းလင္းလင္း ျပတ္ျပတ္သားသား ဆက္သြယ္ျပီး တစ္ဦးနဲ႔တစ္ဦးနားလည္ေအာင္ေျပာဆုိ၍ေသာလည္းေကာင္း စာေရးသားျခင္းျဖင့္လည္းေကာင္း ဆက္သြယ္သင့္ပါသည္

၂။ Computing Skill ေကာင္းမြန္ဖုိ႔လုိအပ္ပါတယ္ရွင့္။
အခုဆုိအရမ္းကုိ ဖြ႔ံျဖိဳးတုိးတက္လာျပီျဖစ္တဲ့အတြက္ အစစအရာရာ computer ကုိ အသံုးျပဳေနၾကျပီျဖစ္ပါသည္။ ဥပမာအားျဖင့္ အလုပ္ေလွ်ာက္ဖုိ႔ CV တင္ရင္ေတာင္ Online ကေန တင္လာၾကတယ္။ Buiness ပိုင္းဆုိင္ရာ Presentation လုပ္တဲ့အခါ၊ Accounting ပုိင္းဆုိင္ရာ ကိုလုပ္တာပဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္၊ email ပို႔တာပဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္ computer ကုိ အသံုးျပဳျပီး လုပ္ကုိင္ေနရတာျဖစ္တဲ့အတြက္ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာကၽြမး္က်င္မႈဆုိင္ရာစြမ္းရည္ကလည္းလုိအပ္ပါတယ္ရွင္။

၃။. Customer Service အခုအလုပ္ေတာ္ေတာ္မ်ားမ်ားမွာဆုိ Customer Service ကုိ ဦးစားေပးလာၾကတယ္။
လုပ္ငန္းတစ္ခုမွာဆုိ Customer Service ေကာင္းဖုိ႔ကအရမ္းကုိအေရးၾကီးတယ္။ Customer Service ရဲ့တန္ဖုိးကိုနားလည္ျခင္းက မရွိမျဖစ္ကုိလုိအပ္ပါတယ္။ ဥပမာအားျဖင့္ Clients ေတြကို ႏႈတ္ဆက္တာပဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္၊ Customer inquires ကို ေျဖတာပဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္ ၊ ျပဳလုပ္တဲ့အခါမွ Customer Service ကုိ ေကာင္းေကာင္းေပးဖုိ႔က အရမ္းကုိ အေရးၾကီးလုိ႔ Customer Service ပုိင္းဆုိင္ရာ ကၽြမ္းက်င္မႈက လည္းလုိအပ္ပါတယ္။

၄. Empathy ျဖစ္တဲ့ နားလည္မႈရွိဖုိ႔လုိတယ္။
Empathy က sympathy   ေတာ့မဟုတ္ဘူး။ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္မွာ တစ္ေယာက္ကုိ တစ္ေယာက္နားလည္မႈရွိဖုိ႔လုိအပ္တယ္။ Empathy က သင္ယူဖုိ႔ေတာ့ ခက္တယ္။ဒါေပမယ္ အဲ့ဒါက customer service , effective communication ႏွင့္ teamwork   အတြက္ အရမ္းကုိ အေရးၾကီးလုိ႔ ဒီစြမ္းရည္ကလည္းရွိသင့္ပါတယ္။

၅။ Learning ဆုိတဲ့ သင္ယူျခင္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ 
လုပ္ငန္းခြင္ရွိ ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ားဟာ သင္ယူစရာအားလံုးကုိ သင္ယူသင့္ပါတယ္။ ကုိယ္က sales ဆုိျပီး sales တစ္ခုတည္းကုိသာ ေတာ္ေနယံုမဟုတ္ဘဲ လုပ္ဝန္းႏွင့္သက္ဆုိင္သည့္သင္ယူစရာမ်ား management ပိုင္းဆုိင္ရာသင္ယူစရာမ်ားကို သင္ယူသင့္ေၾကာင္းေျပာျပလုိပါတယ္။

၆.Math : သခ်ၤာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ 
လုပ္ငန္းခြင္မွာ statistic ပဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္၊ sales volume တြက္တာပဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္ ပုိက္ဆံကုိ ေရတြက္တာပဲျဖစ္ျဖစ္ သခ်ၤာကအရမ္းကုိ အေရးၾကီးပါတယ္။ အဲ့ဒါမုိ႔ အေျခခဲသခ်ၤာကို ေတာ့ေကာင္းေကာင္းသိေအာင္လုပ္ထားသင့္ပါတယ္

၇. Organization နဲ႔ အလုပ္လုပ္ႏုိင္တဲ့စြမ္းရည္။
Organization ျဖစ္တဲ့ အဖြဲ႔အစည္းနဲ႔အလုပ္လုပ္တဲ့အခါ တိတိက်လုပ္ရတာျဖစ္တဲ့အတြက္ multi task   ကုိ လုပ္က်ရတယ္။ အဲ့ဒီအခါ အရာအားလံုးကုိ မေမ့ေအာင္ list လုပ္တာတုိ႔၊ cleander ႏွင့္လုပ္တာတုိ႔ကုိ ျပဳလုပ္ရမွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္ရွင္။ အဲ့ဒါမို႔ Organization ႏွင့္ အလုပ္လုပ္ႏုိင္တဲ့စြမ္းရည္ကလည္း အရမ္းကို အေရးၾကီးပါတယ္။

၈။ Problem Solving ျဖစ္တဲ့ ျပသနာကို ေျဖရွင္းႏုိင္သည့္ စြမ္းရည္ကလည္း အရမ္းကုိအေရးၾကီးပါတယ္။
လုပ္ငန္းခြင္မွာ ျပသနာေတြနဲ႔ရင္ဆုိင္တဲ့အခါ စဥ္းစားခ်င့္ခ်ိန္ေတြးေတာျပီး ျပသနာကုိ ေအးေအးေဆးေျဖရွင္းႏုိင္တဲ့စြမ္းရည္ကလည္း အရမ္းကို အေရးၾကီးပါတယ္

၉။ Research and Information Gathering ျဖစ္တဲ့ သတင္းစုုေဆာင္ရွာေဖြတာကလည္း အရမ္းကို အေရးၾကီးပါတယ္။
မိမိနဲ႔သက္ဆိုင္တဲ့ လုပ္ငန္းဆုိင္ရာကုိ research လုပ္ျပီး စုေဆာင္တာက ကုိယ့္လုပ္ငန္းေအာင္ျမင္ဖုိ႔အတြက္ အရမး္ကုိ အသံုးဝင္တဲ့အတြက္ ရွိသင့္တဲ့ စြမ္းရည္ျဖစ္ပါတယ္လုိ႔ေျပာခ်င္ပါတယ္ရွင့္။

၁၀။ Teamwork ပါ။ က်မတို႔က အလုပ္ေအာင္ျမင္ဖုိ႔ တစ္ေယာက္ထဲလုပ္လုိ႔မရပါဘူး။
Team work နဲ႔လုပ္မွ ေအာင္ျမင္မႈကုိ ရရွိမွာျဖစ္လုိ႔ Teamwork ကလည္း အရမ္းကုိ အေရးၾကီးပါတယ္လုိ႔ သိထားသမွ်ကို ေဝမွ်ရင္း နိဂံုးခ်ဳပ္လုိက္ပါသည္။
