Google Photos တြင္ အကန႔္အသတ္မဲ့ free photo storage ကို ရရွိႏိုင္ေတာ့မည္မဟုတ္။ 

၂၀၁၅ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ထြက္ရွိခဲ့ေသာ Google Photo ဟာ ယခင္က unlimited upload မ်ားကို ေပးအပ္ခဲ့ေသာ္လည္း ယခုအခါတြင္ေတာ့ သူတို႔ရဲ႕ storage policy အေျပာင္းအလဲမ်ားေၾကာင့္ ထိုသို႔ ေပးအပ္သြားေတာ့မွာ မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ 

Google မွ Twitter တြင္ တင္ထားခဲ့ေသာ tweet တစ္ခုတြင္ ေျပာၾကားခဲ့တာကေတာ့ “အံ့အားသင့္ဖြယ္ ေကာင္းစြာပဲ Google Photos သို႔ ဓါတ္ပုံအသစ္မ်ား ၂၈ ဘီလ်ံခန႔္ကို အပတ္စဥ္တိုင္း upload ျပဳလုပ္ ေနၾကတာကို ေတြ႕ရွိခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ သင္တို႔ရဲ႕ အမွတ္တရမ်ားကို ပိုမို၍လက္ခံသိမ္းဆည္းသြားႏိုင္ရန္ႏွင့္ အနာဂါတ္၏ Google Photos ကို တည္ေဆာက္ႏိုင္ရန္အတြက္ ကြၽႏ္ုပ္တို႔ရဲ႕ storage policy အေျပာင္းအလဲမ်ားကို ေၾကျငာေပးလိုပါတယ္။” ဟူ၍ ေျပာၾကားခဲ့ပါတယ္။ 

အဆိုပါ Tweet အတြင္း Google မွ ေျပာဆိုခဲ့ရာတြင္ သူတို႔ရဲ႕ လူသုံးမ်ားေသာ app မ်ားျဖစ္ၾကတဲ့ Gmail, Google Drive တို႔ႏွင့္အတူ ခြဲေဝအသုံးျပဳရမည့္ storage - 15GB အထိကိုသာ ခြင့္ျပဳေပးသြားေတာ့မွာျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ ေျပာၾကားသြားခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ဆိုလိုသည္မွာ တစ္စုံတစ္ေယာက္ကသာ ေပးအပ္ထားတဲ့ storage space ထက္ပိုမ်ားတဲ့အရာမ်ားကို သိမ္းဆည္းလိုပါက Google ရဲ႕ storage plan မ်ားကို အခေၾကးေငြေပး၍ ဝယ္ယူသြားရေတာ့မွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ သို႔ေသာ္ ဇြန္လ ၂၀၂၁ ခုႏွစ္မတိုင္မွီ upload ျပဳလုပ္ထားမည့္ ဓါတ္ပုံမ်ားကိုေတာ့ အဆိုပါ user limit တြင္ ထည့္သြင္းတြက္ခ်က္ျခင္းျပဳသြားမွာမဟုတ္ဘူးဟူ၍ သိရွိရပါတယ္။
