Traditional structure of the interview:

 

Once all are seated the interview should start with series of question related to a number of distinct areas. The sequence of questioning might vary; however the typical cycle should be as below:

Recent work history or experience

This part should take at least 50% of the interview.  Key objectives are to understand clearly the main task per each position, responsibilities and achievements. Also is important to understand which part of the job the candidate enjoyed and which dislike.

Aspirations

In this part to rise a question related to ambitious and where the candidate see herself/himself in the short and long term and how he/she see fulfillment of particular ambitious.

Interest

Place a question to non-work activities, what the candidate like doing in spare time. Aim is to see if the candidate has live/work balance. You can judge the evidence of motivation, dedication and persistent of the candidate

Circumstances

You should place question about personal circumstances like married status, has children, where the candidate live etc. Objective is to understand if they might not be any social or practical constraints.

Background

You might ask a question about candidate family background, parents, family values, childhood etc. You might better evaluate the supportiveness and social, economic stability of candidate background

Education and certification

Level of education and kind of education is essential for some position where is needed the minimum level as mandatory for fulfillment of the position. Also should be place question especially for fresh graduated about they performance at school and how they compare with their peers, how they particularly handle certain subjects etc.

- အင္တာဗ်ဴးရမည့္လူမ်ားကို စုေဆာင္းျခင္း

- ရင္းႏွီးမႈရရွိေစေသာ ႏွီးေႏွာဖလွယ္သည့္ စကားမ်ားကိုေျပာဆိုျခင္း

- အင္တာဗ်ဴးသူအား သက္ေတာင့္သက္သာ ရွိေစျခင္း (ဥပမာ ရံုးစားပြဲတြင္ထိုင္ေစျခင္းထက္ Coffee စားပဲြခံုတြင္ေဘးခ်င္းကပ္ထိုင္ကာ စကားေျပာျခင္း)

- Coffee, လၻက္ရည္, အေအး အစရွိေသာ အရာတစ္ခုခု တိုက္ျခင္း

- ျပံဳးျခင္း၊ မ်က္လံုးခ်င္းဆံု၍ ခင္မင္ရင္းႏွီးစြာ စကားေျပာျခင္း

- အင္တာဗ်ဴးၾကာခ်ိန္ကို ခန္႔မွန္းျခင္း

 

ေနရာထိုင္ခင္းမ်ားေသခ်ာစြာခင္းက်င္းထားျပီးပါက သင့္ေလ်ာ္ေသာ ေမးခြန္းမ်ား ေမးရမည္။

လတ္တေလာအလုပ္အကိုင္ (သို႔) အေတြ႔အၾကံဳ 

အေၾကာင္းအရာမ်ားသည္ အင္တာဗ်ဴး၏ ၅၀ရာခိုင္ႏႈန္း ခန္႔ေျပာရမည္ျဖစ္သည္။

အေရးပါသည့္အခ်က္မ်ားမွာ အလုပ္ေနရာတခုစီ၏ ေနရာအေနအထား၊ တာဝန္ ဝတၱရားႏွင့္ ရရွိမႈမ်ားကိုပါ ပါဝင္ေအာင္ ေမးရမည္ျဖစ္သည္။ ထို႔အျပင္ ဘယ္လိုအလုပ္ရာထူးကို ပိုမုိႏွစ္သက္စိတ္ဝင္စားသည္ကို နားလည္ေအာင္ လုပ္သင့္သည္။

 

ရည္မွန္းခ်က္

ဤအခ်က္သည္ ရည္မွန္းခ်က္ျပည့္ဝမႈႏွင့္ အင္တာဗ်ဴးေျဖသူ၏ ေရရွည္ (သို႔) ေရတို ရည္မွန္းခ်က္ထားမႈမ်ားအေပၚ သိရွိႏိုင္သည္။

 

စိတ္ဝင္စားမႈ

အလုပ္ႏွင့္မသက္ဆိုင္ေသာေမးခြန္းမ်ားေမးၾကည့္ပါ။ အင္တာဗ်ဴးခံသူ၏ အားလပ္ခ်ိန္တြင္လုပ္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားကိုေမးပါ။ အဓိကမွာ သူ႔ထံတြင္ အလုပ္ႏွင့္ဘဝ ညီမွ်မႈရွိ၊ မရွိိ ဆန္းစစ္ပါ။ သူ၏စိတ္ဝင္စားမႈ၊ ဦးတည္ခ်က္မ်ားကိုေလ့လာပါ။

 

အေျခအေန

လူမႈေရးအေျခအေနမ်ားကိုလည္းေမးသင့္ပါတယ္။ ဥပမာ အိမ္ေထာင္မႈအေျခအေန အိမ္တည္ေနရာ အစရွိသည္မ်ားကိုေမးၾကည့္ပါ။

အင္တာဗ်ဴးေျဖသူ၏ မိသားစုအေၾကာင္း၊ ငယ္ဘဝအေၾကာင္းမ်ားကိုေမး၍ သူ၏လူမႈဘဝအေျခအေန၊ စီးပြားေရးႏွင့္ ပတ္ဝန္းက်င္အေျခအေနကိုလည္း စံုစမ္းသင့္သည္။
