STOP LOOKING FOR APPROVAL FROM OTHERS

ခ်ိတ္ဆြဲရန္စာတန္း: approval others stop seeking confident

Just because you want to do something doesn’t mean the rest of the world shares your delight. Seeking approval from other people might seem like a positive thing to do at the start. You know how it works. You have an idea. Let's say you want to go back to study part-time. You are both excited and a bit scared by the idea, since you haven't done any study since school. So you go and ask some people. What you are hoping is that they will say exactly what you want to hear. 'Wow, what a great idea.' Instead they tell you it is a dream, a waste of time and that it will stress you out and ruin your life. So them you start thinking that maybe it is not such a good idea. And that, in a nutshell, is the problem with seeking approval.

So remember to get a clear idea of what matters to you and ignore the negative voices. Stop Looking for approval from others, even those close to you. Live in the real world- be practical about what you can do. Fight and keep fighting for you optimism every day. Never give up.
