Amazon ႏွင့္ အျခားေသာ Online အေရာင္းဆိုင္မ်ားဟာ သူတို႔ရဲ႕ Third-Party ေရာင္းခ်သူမ်ားကို ေဖာ္ျပေပးရန္ ဖိအားေပးလွ်က္ရွိေနေသာ ဥပေဒတစ္ရပ္အား ရင္ဆိုင္လွ်က္ရွိ

Amazon ႏွင့္ အျခားေသာ Online သီးသန႔္ လက္လီေရာင္းခ်သူမ်ားဟာ လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားအေနနဲ႔ Third-party ေရာင္းခ်သူမ်ားကို ဆက္သြယ္ႏိုင္မည့္လိပ္စာအျပည့္အစုံအား ထည့္သြင္းေဖာ္ျပရန္လိုအပ္မည့္ Federal ျပည္ေထာင္စုႏွင့္ ျပည္နယ္ဆိုင္ရာဥပေဒတစ္ရပ္ကို ပယ္ဖ်က္ေပးရန္အတြက္ ႀကိဳးစားလွ်က္ရွိေနပါတယ္။ 

အဆိုပါဥပေဒဟာ Amazon ႏွင့္ အျခားေသာ Online ေပၚမွတဆင့္ လက္လီေရာင္းခ်သူမ်ားအေနနဲ႔ Third-party ေရာင္းခ်သူမ်ားကိုေဖာ္ျပေပးရန္ ဖိအားေပးလွ်က္ရွိေနၿပီး သုံးစြဲသူမ်ားအေနနဲ႔ ထိုသူမ်ားရဲ႕ လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားႏွင့္ ဆိုင္မ်ားသို႔ တိုက္႐ိုက္ဆက္သြယ္ႏိုင္ေစရန္နည္းလမ္းကို ေပးအပ္ေစလိုတာပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ အဆိုပါဥပေဒအား ျပင္ပရွိ လက္လီအေရာင္းဆိုင္မ်ားျဖစ္ၾကတဲ့ Home Depot, Walgreens ႏွင့္ JC Penny တို႔မွ ေထာက္ခံထားၾကၿပီး Online လက္လီေရာင္းခ်သူမ်ားျဖစ္တဲ့ Amazon, Etsy, eBay, Poshmark ႏွင့္ အျခားေသာ ကုမၸဏီမ်ားႏွင့္ တရား႐ုံးတြင္ ၿပိဳင္ဆိုင္သြားရႏိုင္ေခ်ရွိေနပါတယ္။ 

အဆိုပါဥပေဒအား ကပ္ေရာဂါကာလအတြင္း သုံးစြဲသူမ်ားအေနနဲ႔ ျပင္ပရွိဆိုင္မ်ားမွ လက္လီဝယ္ယူမႈဟာ ၂၀၁၉ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ၁၄%မွ ၂၀၂၀ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ ၂၀% အထိ ေလ်ာ့က်လာခဲ့ၿပီး ျပင္ပရွိလက္လီေရာင္းခ်ေနသူမ်ားအေနနဲ႔ Online ေပၚရွိလက္လီေရာင္းခ်သူမ်ားအား ေဈးကြက္အေနအထားအရ ရႈံးနိမ့္လာရတဲ့အတြက္ ထုတ္ျပန္ခဲ့ျခင္းျဖစ္သလို Online ေပၚရွိ အေရာင္းဆိုင္မ်ားတြင္ ပစၥည္းအတုမ်ား၊ ခိုးရာပါပစၥည္းမ်ားႏွင့္ အႏၲရာယ္ရွိေသာ ပစၥည္းမ်ား မ်ားစြာေပၚေပါက္လာခဲ့တဲ့အတြက္ ထုတ္ျပန္ခဲ့ျခင္းလည္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။  

Online ေပၚရွိ လက္လီေရာင္းခ်သူမ်ားကေတာ့ အဆိုပါဥပေဒဟာ Third-party ေရာင္းခ်သူမ်ားရဲ႕ privacy ကို ခ်ိဳးေဖာက္ရာက်ေနတယ္ဟုဆိုကာ အဆိုပါဥပေဒအား လိုက္နာက်င့္သုံးရန္ ျငင္းဆိုထားၾကပါတယ္။ အခ်ိဳ႕ေသာ platform မ်ားတြင္ ကုန္သည္အမ်ားစုဟာ သူတို႔ရဲ႕လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကို အိမ္မွတစသာျပဳလုပ္လွ်က္ရွိေနၾကတာျဖစ္ၿပီး ဥပမာအားျဖင့္ Etsy က ၉၇% ေသာ သူတို႔ကို ေရာင္းခ်ေပးေနသူမ်ားဟာ အိမ္မွတဆင့္သာ လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားကို ျပဳလုပ္လွ်က္ရွိေနေၾကာင္း ေျပာဆိုခဲ့ပါတယ္။ အလားတူပဲ Amazon seller survey တစ္ခုတြင္ သူတို႔ကို ေရာင္းခ်ေနသူမ်ားရဲ႕ ၇၀% ဟာလည္း အိမ္မွတဆင့္သာ လုပ္ငန္းမ်ားလုပ္ေဆာင္လွ်က္ရွိေနတာကို ေဖာ္ျပလွ်က္ရွိေနပါတယ္။
