- Career Change လုပ္မယ္ဆုိရင္ Job Sastifaction ကအေရးၾကီးပါတယ္။ သူမ်ားကုိ အားက်ျပီးေတာ့ career change ကုိ မလုပ္မိပါေစနဲ႔။
ကုိယ့္ကုိကုိ မညွာပဲ ဆန္းစစ္ပါ။ ဥပမာ မိမိကုိ Sales ကုိ ေျပာင္းခ်င္တယ္ဆုိရင္ အဲ့ဒီ Sales အျဖစ္လုပ္ေနတဲ့သူေတြရဲ့ ဒီအလုပ္ကုိ အၾကိဳက္ဆံုးက ဘာလဲ။ မၾကိဳက္ဆံုးကဘာလဲ။ သူတုိ႔ကုိ အရင္ေလ့လာသင့္တယ္။ မိမိတကယ္ၾကိဳက္ရဲ့လားဆုိတာကုိ ကုိ မညွာတမ္းဆန္းစစ္ရမွာပါ။ - ေနာက္ျပီး Risk ယူရဲရမယ္။ ကုိယ့္ေရြးခ်ယ္မႈအတြက္ ေနာင္တမရမိပါေစနဲ႔။
- ရင္းႏွီးျမဳပ္ႏွံမႈကုိ ျပဳလုပ္ပါ။ မိမိသင္ယူေလ့လာဖုိ႔အတြက္ invest လုပ္ရမယ္။
