China passes new privacy law aimed at protecting users’ personal data

အသုံးျပဳသူမ်ားရဲ႕ ကိုယ္ေရးအခ်က္လက္မ်ားကို ကာကြယ္ႏိုင္ရန္အတြက္ Privacy ဥပေဒအသစ္တစ္ရပ္ကို တ႐ုတ္ႏိုင္ငံတြင္ ခ်မွတ္ခဲ့ 

တ႐ုတ္ျပည္သူ႔သမၼတႏိုင္ငံတြင္ အသုံးျပဳသူမ်ားရဲ႕ ကိုယ္ေရးအခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို အကာအကြယ္ေပးႏိုင္ရန္ ရည္႐ြယ္ေရးဆြဲထားေသာ Privacy ဥပေဒအသစ္တစ္ရပ္ကို ခ်မွတ္ခဲ့ေၾကာင္း ႏိုင္ငံပိုင္မီဒီယာမ်ားမွ သတင္းမ်ားအရ သိရွိခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ 

အဆိုပါဥပေဒအသစ္ကို ယခုအခါ နည္းပညာကုမၸဏီမ်ားအေပၚ တ႐ုတ္ႏိုင္ငံရဲ႕ အုပ္ခ်ဳပ္မႈေျပာင္းလဲသြားသည္ႏွင့္အညီ ကုမၸဏီမ်ားအေနနဲ႔ အသုံးျပဳသူမ်ားရဲ႕အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို မည္သို႔ ကိုင္တြယ္မႈျပဳလုပ္သြားရမည္ႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္ၿပီး ဥပေဒအသစ္မ်ားခ်မွတ္ေပးခဲ့တာျဖစ္ၿပီး လာမည့္ ႏိုဝင္ဘာလ ၁ ရက္ေန႔မွစတင္၍ အက်ိဳးသက္ေရာက္မႈရွိလာေတာ့မွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ 

အဆိုပါ Personal Information Protection Law ကို ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့ ဩဂုတ္လ ၂၀ ရက္ေန႔ က တ႐ုတ္ျပည္သူ႔သမၼတႏိုင္ငံအတြင္း စတင္ေၾကျငာမႈျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့တာျဖစ္ၿပီး အဆိုပါဥပေဒအရ ကုမၸဏီမ်ားအေနနဲ႔ ကိုယ္ေရးအခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို ေကာက္ခံမႈမျပဳလုပ္မွီတြင္ အသုံးျပဳသူမ်ားရဲ႕ခြင့္ျပဳခ်က္ကို ရယူဖို႔လိုအပ္ေတာ့မွာျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ ဒါ့အျပင္ကုမၸဏီမ်ားအေနနဲ႔ အသုံးျပဳသူမ်ားရဲ႕ အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို တ႐ုတ္ႏိုင္ငံျပင္ပသို႔ ေပးပို႔ရန္လိုအပ္သည့္အခါ အဆိုပါအခ်က္အလက္မ်ား ေပါက္ၾကားမႈမရွိေစေရးအတြက္ မည္သို႔ကိုင္တြယ္သြားရမည္ႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္၍လည္း ဥပေဒမ်ားကိုခ်မွတ္ေပးခဲ့ျခင္းနဲ႔အတူ အျခားေသာဥပေဒမ်ားကို သတ္မွတ္ေပးခဲ့ပါတယ္။
