Cisco ဟာ ThousandEyes ဆိုတဲ့ network သတင္းအခ်က္အလက္ကုမၸဏီကို ဝယ္ယူလိုတယ္လို႔ ေၾကျငာခဲ့ပါတယ္။ 

Cisco ဟာ ThousandEyes ဆိုတဲ့ network သတင္းအခ်က္အလက္ကုမၸဏီကို ဝယ္ယူလိုတယ္လို႔ ေၾကျငာခဲ့ပါတယ္။ Cisco ရဲ႕ network စြမ္းေဆာင္ရည္မ်ားနဲ႔ ေစာင့္ၾကည့္မႈစြမ္းရည္မ်ားကို လုပ္ငန္း တစ္ရပ္လုံးနဲ႔ Cloud ေပၚသို႔ပါျဖန႔္က်က္ႏိုင္ရန္အတြက္ ၎ကုမၸဏီကိုဝယ္ယူလိုေနျခင္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ 

Cisco ရဲ႕ network နဲ႔ application တို႔ရဲ႕ စြမ္းေဆာင္ရည္မ်ားတြင္ကြၽမ္းက်င္မႈနဲ႔ ThousandEyes ရဲ႕ အင္တာနက္ေပၚတြင္ ျမင္သာထင္သာရွိမႈတို႔ကိုေပါင္းစပ္လိုက္ပါက သုံးစြဲသူမ်ားထံသို႔ application မ်ားနဲ႔ ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈမ်ားကို digital နည္းစနစ္မ်ားနဲ႔ အစမွအဆုံးထိ ဝန္ေဆာင္မႈေပးႏိုင္ေတာ့မွာပဲျဖစ္ ပါတယ္။ 

Application ႏွင့္ network health တို႔အတြက္ Datasets မ်ားကို ဘုံသုံးစြဲႏိုင္တဲ့ ကိရိယာမ်ားအေန နဲ႔ျပဳလုပ္ဖို႔နဲ႔ မွ်ေဝဖို႔အတြက္ျပဳလုပ္ျခင္းဟာ Data စီးဆင္းမႈျပတ္ေတာက္ျခင္းမ်ား (Silos) ကိုဖယ္ ထုတ္ႏိုင္ေစၿပီး  IT အဖြဲ႕မ်ားကို application ရဲ႕စြမ္းေဆာင္ရည္ကို အခ်ိန္နဲ႔တေျပးညီေစာင့္ၾကည့္ႏိုင္ ေစဖို႔နဲ႔ ျပႆနာမ်ားကို ေလ်ာ့နည္းသြားေစရန္လုပ္ေဆာင္ေပးႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ 

ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့ႏွစ္အနည္းငယ္အတြင္း Cloud ေပၚမွာသိမ္းဆည္းဖို႔လုပ္ေဆာင္ျခင္းနဲ႔ SaaS application မ်ားကိုအသုံးျပဳမႈတြင္က်ယ္လာမႈမ်ားႏွင့္ အင္တာနက္ႏွင့္ network မ်ားအေပၚမွီခိုအားထားရမႈမ်ား အရွိန္ျမႇင့္ကာျဖစ္ပြားလာသည္ႏွင့္အမွ်၊ အင္တာနက္အေပၚႏွင့္ အျခားေသာ Third-party infrastructure မ်ားအေပၚ မွီခိုအားထားမႈမ်ားဟာလည္း COVID-19 ကပ္ေရာဂါျဖစ္ပြားေနတဲ့ ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့လမ်ားအတြင္း ပိုမိုၿပီးျမင့္မားလာခဲ့ၿပီး ဒီအရာက IT team မ်ားရဲ႕ operational behaviour အေပၚ ခန႔္မွန္းဖို႔၊ ရႈျမင္သုံးသပ္ဖို႔နဲ႔ ထိန္းခ်ဳပ္ႏိုင္မယ့္စြမ္းရည္ကို သိသိသာသာကို ေလ်ာ့နည္းလာေစ ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ရလာဒ္ကေတာ့ မၾကာခဏဆိုသလိုပင္ အစီအစဥ္မက်ပဲ၊ စီမံ၍မရႏိုင္တဲ့ IT ပတ္ဝန္း က်င္တစ္ခုျဖစ္လာေစၿပီး ၎ဟာ ျပႆနာမ်ားေျဖရွင္းျခင္းကို အခ်ိန္ေပးရတဲ့အရာတစ္ခုျဖစ္ေစ ၿပီး customer experience, brand reputation နဲ႔ ကုမၸဏီရဲ႕ ဝင္ေငြအေပၚဆိုး႐ြားတဲ့ အက်ိဳးဆက္ မ်ားကို ျဖစ္ပြားေစႏိုင္ပါတယ္။
