           အင္တာဗ်ဴး ေျဖဆိုသူအမ်ားစုသည္ ဒီလိုေမးခြန္းမ်ိဳးကို ေျဖဆိုရာမွာ ကိုယ္ဘယ္ေလာက္ေတာ္ေၾကာင္း၊ တတ္ေၾကာင္း၊ ဝန္ထမ္းအင္အားဘယ္ေလာက္အထိကို စီမံခန္႔ခြဲခဲ့ဖူးေၾကာင္းႏွင့္ ယုတ္ဆြအဆံုး လက္ေအာက္ ငယ္သား အမ်ားစုက သူ၏ ညႊန္ၾကားခ်က္မ်ားကို ဘယ္လိုလုိက္နာၾကေၾကာင္း ကိုယ္ရည္ေသြး ေျပာဆိုေလ့ ရွိၾကသည္။ ေအာင္ျမင္ေနေသာ လုပ္ငန္းရွင္မ်ား၏ စီမံခန္႔ခြဲမႈအဆင့္ရွိ ဝန္ထမ္းတစ္ဦးအေပၚ အဓိက ေမွ်ာ္လင့္သည့္ အခ်က္မွာ-

          လက္ေအာက္ငယ္သား လုပ္ေဖာ္ကိုင္ဘက္မ်ားအေပၚ စာနာနားလည္ေပးသလို တင္ျပလာသည့္ အခ်က္မ်ားအေပၚတြင္ အေလးနက္ထား နားေထာင္၍ လုပ္ငန္းရွင္ႏွင့္ အလုပ္သမားတို႔အၾကား ႏွစ္ဦးႏွစ္ဘက္ အဆင္ေျပေစရန္ ညိွႏိႈင္းေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္သည့္ စီမံခန္႔ခြဲသူမ်ိဳးကို ပို၍ အလုိရွိၾကသည္။ ထိုသို႔ စီမံခန္႔ခြဲႏိုင္သူ အမ်ားစုသာ လုပ္ငန္းေအာင္ျမင္မႈကို ရယူႏိုင္ေၾကာင္း ေလ့လာစမ္းစစ္ခ်က္မ်ားအရ ေတြ႕ရသည္။
