ကမာၻ႔အႀကီးဆုံး social network တစ္ခုျဖစ္တဲ့ Facebook ဟာ ၎ရဲ႕ app မ်ားျဖစ္တဲ့ Facebook, Instagram ႏွင့္ WhatsApp တို႔ ေအာက္တိုဘာလ ၁၁ ရက္ေန႔၊ တနလၤာေန႔၊ ျမန္မာစံေတာ္ခ်ိန္ ည ၁၀:၀၀ ခန႔္က offline ျဖစ္သြားခဲ့တဲ့အတြက္ ကန္ေဒၚလာသန္း ၆၀ ခန႔္ဆုံးရႈံးခဲ့ရတယ္လို႔ Fortune နဲ႔ Snopes တို႔ရဲ႕ ခန႔္မွန္းခ်က္မ်ားအရ သိရွိရပါတယ္။

Facebook ရဲ႕ second-quarter အတြင္းရရွိခဲ့တဲ့အျမတ္ေငြကို ထုတ္ျပန္ေၾကျငာခဲ့စဥ္က ကိန္းဂ႑န္းမ်ားကို အေျချပဳ၍ Media outlet ၂ ခုစလုံးမွ အဆိုပါခန႔္မွန္းခ်က္ကိုျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ၾကတာျဖစ္ၿပီး။ အဆိုပါ ၃ လတာကာလအတြင္း Facebook ဟာ အျမတ္ေငြ ကန္ေဒၚလာ ၂၉ ဘီလ်ံကိုရရွိခဲ့တယ္လို႔ထုတ္ျပန္ခဲ့ဖူးပါတယ္။ ဒါေၾကာင့္ Facebook ဟာ တစ္ရက္လွ်င့္အျမတ္ေငြအားျဖင့္ ကန္ေဒၚလာ သန္းေပါင္း ၃၁၉.၆ သန္းရရွိေနတယ္လို႔ဆိုႏိုင္ၿပီး ၁ နာရီလွ်င္ ကန္ေဒၚလာ ၁၃.၃ သန္းကိုရရွိေနကာ၊ တစ္မိနစ္လွ်င္ ကန္ေဒၚလာ ၂၂၀,၀၀၀ ႏွင့္ တစ္စကၠန႔္တိုင္း ကန္ေဒၚလာ ၃,၇၀၀ ကို ရရွိေနတယ္လို႔ ယူဆႏိုင္ပါတယ္။ ဒီအခ်က္ကိုအေျခခံ၍ Facebook server မ်ား မည္မွ်ၾကာၾကာ down သြားသလဲဆိုတာကို တြက္ခ်က္ၾကည့္လိုက္တဲ့အခါမွာ အထက္ပါရလာဒ္ကိုရရွိခဲ့တာျဖစ္ေၾကာင္း သိရွိရပါတယ္။

အျမတ္ေငြမ်ားဆုံးရႈံးရျခင္းဟာ Facebook အေနနဲ႔ ရင္ဆိုင္ႀကဳံေတြ႕ခဲ့ရတဲ့ တစ္ခုတည္းေသာအခက္အခဲေတာ့ မဟုတ္ျပန္ပါဘူး။ ထိုေန႔တြင္ပဲ ကုမၸဏီရဲ႕ ရွယ္ယာမ်ားဟာ ၅% ($326.23 per share) အထိထိုးက်သြားခဲ့ၿပီး စေတာ့ရွယ္ယာမ်ားကို အစုလိုက္အၿပဳံလိုက္ေရာင္းခ်ျခင္းကိုလည္း ခံစားခဲ့ရပါတယ္။

ဒီလိုရွယ္ယာတန္ဖိုးမ်ား ထိုးက်သြားခဲ့ျခင္းဟာ CEO ျဖစ္သူ Mark Zukerberg ရဲ႕ စုစုေပါင္းပိုင္ဆိုင္မႈတန္ဖိုးကိုလည္း ေလ်ာ့က်သြားေစခဲ့ၿပီး စုစုေပါင္း ကန္ေဒၚလာ ၁၂၁.၆ ဘီလ်ံသို႔ က်ဆင္းခဲ့ကာ ယခုအခါ ကမာၻ႔အခ်မ္းသာဆုံးစရာရင္းတြင္ Bill Gates ရဲ႕ ေအာက္ ကမာၻ႔အဆင့္ ၅ ေနရာသို႔ ေရာက္ရွိသြားခဲ့ပါတယ္။
