Google CEO မွ ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ား ႐ုံးျပန္တက္ၾကရန္တိုက္တြန္း 

Google ရဲ႕ CEO ျဖစ္သူ Sundar Pichai မွ ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ားထံသို႔ ေပးပို႔ခဲ့ေသာ e-mail တစ္ေစာင္တြင္ lockdown ပိတ္ဆို႔မႈမ်ားေျပေလ်ာ့လာၿပီျဖစ္တဲ့အတြက္ တစ္ပတ္လွ်င္ ၃ ရက္ခန႔္ ႐ုံးလာတက္ၾကရန္အတြက္ တိုက္တြန္းထားေၾကာင္း သိရွိခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ Google ဟာ သူတို႔ရဲ႕႐ုံးမ်ားကို ဧၿပီလအတြင္းမွစတင္၍ ျပန္လည္ဖြင့္လွစ္ခဲ့ၿပီး ယခုအခါတြင္ေတာ့ အထက္ေဖာ္ျပပါအတိုင္း hybrid working week ကို မည္သို႔ေဖာ္ေဆာင္သြားမည္ဆိုသည္ႏွင့္ပတ္သက္၍ အေသးစိတ္အခ်က္အလက္မ်ားကို ခ်ျပလိုက္ၿပီပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ 

ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့ႏွစ္အတြင္း ကပ္ေရာဂါစတင္ျဖစ္ပြားစဥ္က Google ဟာ work from home ျပဳလုပ္ျခင္းႏွင့္ ပထမဆုံး စတင္မိတ္ဆက္ေပးခဲ့ေသာ ကုမၸဏီမ်ားထဲတြင္ တစ္ခုအပါအဝင္ျဖစ္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ BBC မွ ဖတ္ရႈခဲ့ရေသာ e-mail တြင္ Mr Pichai မွ ႐ုံးခန္းအတြင္းတြင္ အလုပ္လုပ္ကိုင္ရျခင္း၏ ေကာင္းကြက္မ်ားကို ေရးသားထားခဲ့ပါတယ္ - “ကြၽန္ေတာ္တို႔ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ားဟာ ႐ုံးသို႔တက္ေရာက္ၿပီး စိတ္ဝင္စားဖို႔ေကာင္းတဲ့ ျပႆနာမ်ားကို ေကာ္ဖီဆိုင္မ်ားအတြင္းတြင္၊ Whiteboard မ်ားအနီးတြင္ (ဒါမွမဟုတ္) အေပ်ာ္တန္း ေဘာ္လီေဘာႏွင့္ ခရစ္ကတ္ကစားပြဲမ်ားအတြင္းတြင္ အေျဖရွာခဲ့ၾကတာ ႏွစ္ေပါင္း ၂၀ ေက်ာ္ခန႔္ရွိေနခဲ့ပါၿပီ။” ႐ုံးခန္းမ်ားျပန္လည္ဖြင့္လွစ္ခဲ့ေသာေနရာမ်ားတြင္လည္း “Google မွဝန္ထမ္းမ်ားရဲ႕ ၆၀% ခန႔္ဟာ ႐ုံးသို႔ျပန္လည္တက္ေရာက္လာၾကပါတယ္။” ဟူ၍ ေျပာဆိုခဲ့ပါတယ္။
