          ဒီေမးခြန္းက ကိုယ့္အတြက္ အခြင့္အေရးတစ္ခုပါ။  ကိုယ့္ အရည္အခ်င္းဘယ္ေလာက္ရွိသလဲ။ လုပ္ငန္းကၽြမ္းက်င္မႈ ဘယ္ေလာက္ရွိသလဲ။ ဘာေတြကို လုပ္ေပးႏိုင္မွာလဲ စတဲ့အရာေတြကို ေမးတဲ့ေမးခြန္းပါ။

          ဒီေမးခြန္းကို ေျဖတဲ့အခါမွာ ေလသံမွန္မွန္နဲ႔ ႏွစ္ဦးႏွစ္ဖက္ လုပ္ေပးႏိုင္တာေတြကို ဦးစားေပး ေျပာဆိုပါ။ ကိုယ္ကလည္း ဒီအလုပ္ကို လုိအပ္သလို အလုပ္ကလည္းကိုယ္လို အလုပ္ေလွ်ာက္သူမ်ိဳးကို လုိအပ္တဲ့ အေၾကာင္း သိသာ၊ ျမင္သာ ရွိေအာင္ ေျပာဖို႔လုိပါလိမ့္မယ္။ ၿပီးေတာ ကိုယ္က အျခားအလုပ္ေလွ်ာက္သူေတြနဲ႔ ယွဥ္ရင္ မတူတဲ့ အရည္အခ်င္းေတြ ရွိေၾကာင္း ေပၚလြင္ ထင္ရွားေအာင္ ေျပာဆိုႏိုင္ရပါမယ္။ သေဘာတရားအရ ေျပာရလြယ္ကူေပမယ့္ တကယ္ေျပာဆိုႏိုင္ဖို႔ကိုေတာ့ ႀကိဳတင္ျပင္ဆင္မႈမ်ားစြာ လုပ္ရပါလိမ့္မယ္။
