CNN Business သတင္းမ်ားအရ US chipmaker ကုမၸဏီတစ္ခုျဖစ္တဲ့ Intel ဟာ သူတို႔ရဲ႕ memory chip လုပ္ငန္းရဲ႕ တစိတ္တပိုင္းကို SK Hynx သို႔ အေမရိကန္ေဒၚလာ ၉ ဘီလီယံျဖင့္ ေရာင္းခ်ခဲ့တယ္လို႔ သိရွိရပါတယ္။
Intel ရဲ႕ NAND memory chip business ကို ဝယ္ယူဖို႔ သေဘာတူညီခ်က္ခ်ဳပ္ဆိုအၿပီးတြင္ ကိုရီးယားကုမၸဏီ SK Hynix ဟာ ကမာၻ႔ဒုတိယအႀကီးဆုံး flash memory chipmaker တစ္ဦးျဖစ္လာႏိုင္ဖြယ္ရွိေနပါတယ္။ အဆိုပါသေဘာတူညီခ်က္တြင္ chipmaking ႏွင့္ ဆက္စပ္ေနေသာ manufacturing and design patent မ်ားႏွင့္အတူ တ႐ုတ္ႏိုင္ငံ၊ ဒါလ်ံၿမိဳ႕ရွိ Intel မွပိုင္ဆိုင္ထားတဲ့ စက္႐ုံလည္းပါဝင္မွာျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ ကုမၸဏီႏွစ္ခုစလုံးမွ ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့အဂၤါေန႔တြင္ ထုတ္ျပန္ေျပာၾကားခ်က္မ်ားအရ သိရွိရပါတယ္။
Intel ရဲ႕ NAND flash memory ထုတ္ကုန္မ်ားဟာ smartphone မ်ား၊ tablet မ်ားနဲ႔ hard drive မ်ားကဲ့သို႔ ေသာ device မ်ားတြင္ က်ယ္ျပန႔္စြာအသုံးျပဳေနၾကတာျဖစ္တဲ့အတြက္ SK Hynix ဟာလည္း အနာဂါတ္ရဲ႕ flash memory လုပ္ငန္းနယ္ပယ္တြင္ ဒုတိယအႀကီးဆုံး chipmaker တစ္ဦးျဖစ္လာႏိုင္ေခ်ရွိေနပါတယ္။
