CNN မွ သတင္းမ်ားအရ ႏိုင္ငံေပါင္းစုံမွ ဥပေဒစိုးမိုးေရးအာဏာပိုင္မ်ားစုေပါင္း၍ ကမာၻ႔အႏၲရာယ္အမ်ားဆုံး malware network ႀကီးတစ္ခုအား ျဖဳတ္ခ်ႏိုင္ခဲ့ေၾကာင္းသိရွိခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ 

Emotet လို႔ေခၚတဲ့အဆိုပါ malware ဟာ user မ်ားရဲ႕ ကြန္ျပဴတာမ်ားကို invoice မ်ား၊ shipping notice မ်ားနဲ႔ COVID-19 သတင္းမ်ားအျဖစ္ ဟန္ေဆာင္ကာ infected email attachment မ်ားမွတဆင့္ ဝင္ေရာက္ႏိုင္စြမ္းရွိေၾကာင္းကို အဆိုပါလုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္တြင္ ပူးေပါင္းပါဝင္ခဲ့ေသာ ဥေရာပႏိုင္ငံလုံးဆိုင္ရာရဲတပ္ဖြဲ႕ Europol မွ ေဖေဖာ္ဝါရီလ ၃ ရက္ေန႔ သတင္းစာရွင္းလင္းပြဲတစ္ခုတြင္ ေျပာၾကားသြားေၾကာင္း သိရွိခဲ့ရပါတယ္။ 

Emotet ရဲ႕ အေျခခံတည္ေဆာက္ပုံဟာ ကမာၻတစ္ဝွမ္းရွိကြန္ျပဴတာစနစ္မ်ားကို တံခါးဖြင့္ေပးႏိုင္စြမ္းရွိေသာ လုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္တစ္ခုအဓိကပါဝင္ေနၿပီး အဆိုပါ unauthorized access ကို ရရွိသြားတဲ့အခါမွာ အဆိုပါ access ကို အျခားေသာ ထိပ္တန္းရာဇဝတ္မႈအဖြဲ႕အစည္းမ်ားသို႔ ေရာင္းခ်ေနေၾကာင္းႏွင့္ ထိုမွတဆင့္ အျခား တရားမဝင္ေသာလုပ္ေဆာင္ခ်က္မ်ားျဖစ္တဲ့ ေဒတာမ်ားခိုးယူျခင္း၊ ၿခိမ္းေျခာက္ျခင္းမ်ား အစရွိသည္တို႔အား လုပ္ေဆာင္လွ်က္ရွိေနေၾကာင္းကိုလည္း Europol မွ ေျပာဆိုသြားခဲ့ပါေသးတယ္။
