How you can read the signs if your interview does good direction

Positive signs included:
- Any detailed discussion about salary
- Any exploration of when you can start the job
- An interview that last longer than expected
- An interview which includes unscheduled meeting with other decision makers, such as other managers
In contrast, negative signs are:
- An interview which is much shorter than anticipated, perhaps only 20minutes long
- Being repeatedly caught out by the interviewer and not being able to answer the question
- An obvious clash between your personal requirements and what the company can provide, for example in terms of work hours
If you prepare thoroughly, the interviewer should not be able to put you on the spot of force you into revealing negative information about yourself. But if the worst happens, do not despair. No interview experience is ever wasted as long as you make a note of those, which you could not answer.
