Starting new carrier should mean new adventures, new possibilities, and new outfits. However, the reality is usually far less glamorous.
- People are influence by first impression: Pay attention to appearance and body language. Dress clothes that you feel good in and that are appropriate for the workplace. Make an investigation from all possible resources to easily mix and match to the new corporate cultural.
- Be self-confident: Keep in mind that they were impressed you to give you the job. Self-confidence is a key quality for career success.
- Do not be shy: is always better listening more that talk but do not be afraid to share your opinions and points
- Manage your time: Manage your time that you are able to keep deadlines for study assignments; it's very likely that you're already really good at this. Focus on task-by-task and make priorities
- Do not delay the difficult tasks: Knowing how to priorities your everyday jobs are an important part of being successful.
- Get a mentor: look and ask a manager you think will make a good mentor. Mentoring will help you to better and smother assimilate with the company and developing your career.

- ကိုယ့္ကိုကိုယံုၾကည္မႈရွိပါ။ သင့္ကိုယံုၾကည့္မႈထား၍ အလုပ္ေပးထားျခင္းျဖစ္သည္ကို သိရွိထားပါ။ ကိုယ့္ကိုကိုယ္ယံုၾကည့္မႈရွိျခင္းသည္ ေအာင္ျမင္မႈအတြက္ အဓိကက်ေသာ ေသာ့ခ်က္ပင္ျဖစ္သည္။
- မရွက္ပါႏွင့္။ စကားအမ်ားၾကီးေျပာျခင္းထက္ နားေထာင္ျခင္းက ပို၍ေကာင္းသည္ဟု ဆိုေသာ္လည္း သင္၏အေတြးအျမင္မ်ားကို ေဖာ္ျပရန္မတြန္႔ဆုတ္ပါႏွင့္။
- သင့္အခ်ိန္ကိုစီမံခန္႔ခြဲပါ။ စာစဥ္မ်ားကိုအခ်ိန္မီွတင္ရသကဲ့သို႔ ဦးစားေပးအလုပ္မ်ားကို ေသခ်ာစြာ စီမံခန္႔ခြဲပါ။
- ခက္ခဲေသာအလုပ္မ်ားကိုလုပ္ရန္ တုန္႔ဆိုင္းမေနပါႏွင့္။ ဦးစားေပးသင့္သည့္အလုပ္မ်ားကို အဓိကထား၍ လုပ္္တတ္ျခင္းသည္ ေအာင္ျမင္ျခင္းအတြက္ အေရးပါသည္။
