Twitter ကို ban ထားျခင္းကို Nigeria မွ ျပန္လည္ေျဖေလွ်ာ့ေပးခဲ့

ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့ ဇြန္လ ၅ ရက္ေန႔ ၂၀၂၁ ခုႏွစ္တြင္ စတင္အတည္ျပဳခဲ့ေသာ Nigeria ႏိုင္ငံမွ Twitter ကို ban ထားျခင္းအား Nigeria ႏိုင္ငံအစိုးရမွာ Twitter ဟာ ၎တို႔ရဲ႕ေတာင္းဆိုခ်က္မ်ားအားလုံးကို လိုက္ေလ်ာေပးလိုက္ၿပီျဖစ္တဲ့အတြက္ ျပန္လည္၍ေျဖေလွ်ာ့ေပးလိုက္ၿပီျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ CNN မွ သတင္းတစ္ပုဒ္အရ သိရွိရပါတယ္။ 

အဆိုပါေတာင္းဆိုခ်က္မ်ားတြင္ Twitter မွ Nigeria ႏိုင္ငံအတြင္းတြင္ Local office တစ္ခုကိုဖြင့္လွစ္ရန္၊ ၎ႏွင့္ သက္ဆိုင္ေသာ အခြန္ကိစၥရပ္မ်ားႏွင့္စပ္လ်င္းသည့္ကိစၥမ်ားကို ေျဖရွင္းရန္ႏွင့္ Nigeria ႏိုင္ငံဥပေဒႏွင့္အညီ တားျမစ္ထားသည့္ content မ်ားကို ေကာင္းမြန္စြာစီမံခန႔္ခြဲရန္ အစရွိသည့္ေတာင္းဆိုခ်က္မ်ား ပါဝင္ေနပါတယ္။ 

အဆိုပါအခ်က္မ်ားတြင္ “Nigeria ႏိုင္ငံဥပေဒႏွင့္အညီ တားျမစ္ထားသည့္ content မ်ားကို ေကာင္းမြန္စြာစီမံခန႔္ခြဲရန္” ဆိုသည့္အခ်က္မွာ အထူးသျဖင့္အေရးပါမႈရွိေနပါတယ္။ ဘာလို႔လဲဆိုေတာ့ ဇြန္လ ၅ ရက္ေန႔က Twitter ကို ban လိုက္ျခင္းဟာ Nigeria ႏိုင္ငံသမၼတ Muhammadu Buhari ရဲ႕ tweet တစ္ခုအား Twitter မွ ျဖဳတ္ခ်ခဲ့ျခင္းနဲ႔ ဆက္စပ္မႈရွိေနလို႔ျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ CNN မွ သတင္းမ်ားအရ သိရွိရပါတယ္။
