ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့ ၂၀၂၀ ခုႏွစ္၊ စက္တင္ဘာလအတြင္း ေၾကျငာမႈျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့တဲ့ ကြန္ပ်ဴတာခ်စ္ပ္ထုတ္လုပ္ေရးေလာကတြင္ အႀကီးဆုံးဝယ္ယူမႈတစ္ခု ျဖစ္လာႏိုင္ေျခရွိေသာ Nvidia မွ ARM ကို ကန္ေဒၚလာ ဘီလ်ံ ၄၀ ျဖင့္ ဝယ္ယူရန္ႀကိဳးပမ္းမႈဟာ ယခုအခါတြင္ ဖ်က္သိမ္းလိုက္ရၿပီပဲျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

ARM ရဲ႕ ပင္ရင္းကုမၸဏီ SoftBank မွ ေရးသားခဲ့တဲ့ ေၾကျငာစာတစ္ေစာင္တြင္ ၎တို႔ဟာ ေကာင္းမြန္ေသာရည္႐ြယ္ခ်က္ျဖင့္ အဆိုပါဝယ္ယူ/ေရာင္းခ်မႈကို ျပဳလုပ္ႏိုင္ရန္ႀကိဳးပမ္းခဲ့ၾကတာျဖစ္ေသာ္လည္း ဥပေဒေၾကာင္းအရ အတားအဆီးမ်ားရွိေနၿပီး အၿပီးသတ္ႏိုင္ရန္ ခက္ခဲေနတဲ့အတြက္ ၂၀၂၂ ခုႏွစ္၊ ေဖေဖာ္ဝါရီလ ၈ ရက္ေန႔တြင္ အဆိုပါသေဘာတူညီခ်က္ကို ႏွစ္ဦးသေဘာတူ ဖ်က္သိမ္းခဲ့ပါတယ္ဟူ၍ ေၾကျငာမႈျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။

အဆိုပါဝယ္ယူမႈကို ျပဳလုပ္ရန္ ပ်က္ကြက္ခဲ့တဲ့အတြက္ Nvidia မွ Softbank ကို ကန္ေဒၚလာ ၁.၂၅ ဘီလ်ံ ေပးေဆာင္ရမွာျဖစ္ၿပီး ARM ရဲ႕ CEO ျဖစ္သူ Simon Segars ကေတာ့ CEO အျဖစ္မွ ႏႈတ္ထြက္ခဲ့ပါတယ္။ ယခုအခါတြင္ ARM ရဲ႕ head of IP ျဖစ္သူ Rene Haas က CEO ေနရာတြင္ အစားထိုးဆက္ခံသြားမွာျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ သိရွိရပါတယ္။
