Over 30 Activision Blizzard employees have ‘exited’ since July, WSJ reports

WSJ သတင္းမ်ားအရ ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့ ဇူလိုင္လမွစတင္၍ Activision Blizzard မွဝန္ထမ္းေပါင္း ၃၀ ခန႔္ကို အလုပ္မွ ထုတ္ပယ္ခဲ့  

 

Wall Street Journal (WSJ) မွရရွိထားတဲ့ သတင္းအခ်က္အလက္မ်ားအရ Activision Blizzard ကုမၸဏီအတြင္း ျဖစ္ပြားလွ်က္ရွိေနေသာ လိင္ပိုင္းဆိုင္ရာေႏွာက္ယွက္မႈျဖစ္စဥ္မ်ားကို ေျဖရွင္းႏိုင္ရန္ ႀကိဳးပမ္းမႈတစ္ရပ္အေနနဲ႔ ကုမၸဏီမွ ၿပီးခဲ့တဲ့ႏွစ္၊ ဇူလိုင္လမွစတင္၍ စုစုေပါင္း ဝန္ထမ္း ၃၇ ဦးကို အလုပ္မွထုတ္ပယ္ခဲ့တယ္လို႔ သိရွိရပါတယ္။ 

Activision Blizzard ရဲ႕ ေျပာေရးဆိုခြင့္ရပုဂၢိဳလ္ Helaine Klasky မွ WSJ သို႔ ေျပာၾကားခ်က္အရ လုပ္ငန္းခြင္စည္းကမ္းမ်ားကို ေဖာက္ဖ်က္ခဲ့တဲ့အတြက္ႏွင့္စပ္လ်င္း၍ ဝန္ထမ္းေပါင္း ၄၄ ဦးကိုလည္း ျပစ္ဒဏ္ေပးမႈမ်ားကို ျပဳလုပ္ခဲ့တယ္လို႔ သိရွိရပါတယ္။ 

“Activision Blizzard ကုမၸဏီအဖြဲ႕အစည္းတစ္ခုလုံးတြင္ နယ္ပယ္မ်ိဳးစုံမွ ဝန္ထမ္းတိုင္းအေနနဲ႔ လုံၿခဳံမွ်တမႈရွိတဲ့ ပတ္ဝန္းက်င္တစ္ခုျဖစ္တယ္လို႔ ခံစားလာရေစရန္ႏွင့္ အားေပးကူညီျခင္း၊ ဝန္ထမ္းမ်ားရဲ႕ ေျပာၾကားခ်က္မ်ားကို အေလးထားျခင္း အစရွိသည့္လိုအပ္ခ်က္မ်ားကို ျဖည့္ဆည္းေပးႏိုင္ရန္ ကြၽႏ္ုပ္တို႔ရဲ႕ team ဟာ အခ်ိန္ျပည့္ ႀကိဳးစားေဆာင္႐ြက္လွ်က္ရွိေနပါတယ္” ဟူ၍ Activision Blizzard ရဲ႕ ေနာက္ထပ္ေျပာေရးဆိုခြင့္ရပုဂၢိဳလ္တစ္ဦးျဖစ္သူ Rich George မွ The Verge သို႔ ေျပာၾကားခဲ့ပါတယ္။
